Meet the Training Team

		Rusty Rae: Rusty has 25 years of experience in technical training and brings a wealth of experience to Visto training. His background is technical and includes significant experience in support and has expertise in troubleshooting methodologies. He holds an MBA from the University of Washington. He is married and lives outside Seattle.
		Jonathan Rogers, MIITT: Jonathan (Jonno) joined Visto in January 2006 from a leading CRM company. He has an extensive background in training, both in delivery and in Training Management. His role as Training Manager EMEA means he is involved in managing the training division and also delivering some training. He is married and lives in Devon.
		Lee Duemke: Lee previously worked as a Microsoft, Lotus and Novell trainer before moving into systems development management for a large franchise network. He returned to training in 2006 when he moved to Visto as the Technical Trainer EMEA. Has two children and is a keen soccer supporter.
