Special Events: Informs you of major changes or significant activities D&B learns of such as: bankruptcy filings, changes in ownership and acquisitions.

Typically includes details such as:

• Business History - incorporation data, par value of shares and ownership information
• Management Background - business background of the principals
• Related Companies - including information on parent, affiliates, subsidiaries or worldwide branches

Operations: Provides information on the business operations at a company, which may include divisional names, company locations and facilities, terms of sale, territory, Number of employees and number of accounts.
