The Gold Sheet and The Silver Sheet Now Available on Dialog and Dialog DataStar

Two additional publications from F-D-C Reports, Inc., the respected publisher of regulatory, legislative and business news for the healthcare industry, are now available on Dialog and Dialog DataStar.

The Gold Sheet and The Silver Sheet reside in F-D-C Reports Gold Sheet/Silver Sheet (File184/FDGS). For those familiar with the hard copy equivalent of these publications, only the in-depth reports appear in File184/FDGS. Generally, one or two comprehensive reports per title are published each month. The news items carried by the hard copy do not appear in the database. These are mostly available in the F-D-C newsletter files, F-D-C Reports (Files186/187; FDCR/FDCA). Reports published in 2004 are currently in File184/FDGS.

The Gold Sheet is designed for manufacturing and quality control managers concerned with quality control procedures and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulatory and enforcement activities in the pharmaceutical and biological industries. The publication covers developments in FDA regulations and policies governing the manufacture and processing of healthcare products and state-of-the-art production and quality techniques.

The Silver Sheet contains in-depth information on FDA's interpretation and application of FDA's Medical Device Quality System Final Rule. This specialized monthly publication focuses on quality control, manufacturing compliance and design issues affecting the medical device and diagnostics industries. In addition, The Silver Sheet provides detailed lists and summaries of FDA warning letters related to good manufacturing practices and MDRs.
