Improved Updating for Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industry News Database (PHIND)

The time of the daily newsletter update for PHIND (Files 129,130/PHIN,PHIC) has moved from 10 a.m. on the current day to 4 p.m. on the previous day. This change improves the timeliness of the newsletter updating, with stories now appearing in the database on the same day they are written.
