INPADOC Legal Status Changes

Starting with week 40/2003, the coverage of legal status information in the INPADOC database (File 345) has been modified. The change, instituted by the European Patent Office (EPO), is the result of their conversion of legal status data into an XML format. Pre-publication legal status, consisting of application, publication and priority data, is being removed from INPADOC. Dialog is retaining any historical pre-publication legal status already present in family records.
