Cinahl^® on Dialog DataStar Enhanced to Include an Online Thesaurus

Cinahl (NAHL) on Dialog DataStar now includes an online thesaurus consisting of Cinahl's 11,000 Subject Headings. Cinahl covers all aspects of nursing and allied health disciplines. The online thesaurus will help you make quick decisions on the best search terms to use. When searching the Cinahl database, search the thesaurus using ..THES to find appropriate Cinahl Subject Headings. The thesaurus terms will also be made available in the standalone Cinahl Vocabulary database (NVOC), which contains all the Subject Headings and Subheadings along with their scope notes and background information. A database guide for Cinahl and its vocabulary file is available in BASE; search for BASE-NAHL or BASE-NVOC.
