Swiss and Liechtenstein Company Data in Kompass

The Kompass Europe database (File 590/KPEU) now includes company data for over 50,000 Swiss and 200 Liechtenstein companies, bringing the total number of companies in the file to 1.5 million. Other versions of Kompass Europe are available on Dialog DataStar with the same companies as in KPEU, but with the business activity codes in French (KPEF), German (KPEG), Italian (KPEI) and Spanish (KPES). There are several official languages in Switzerland: Company profiles are in German, French or Italian depending on the company geographical location. Geographical selection can be made by cantons (Switzerland has 26 cantons), plus Liechtenstein.

Search Tip

Liechtenstein companies are displayed with "Switzerland" as a country name and users can retrieve them by selecting FURSTENTUM LIECHTENSTEIN in the county/region list (or CU in the command search). For further information, refer to the Bluesheet and Datasheet.
