Support : Publications : Chronolog Archives : July 2002 MEDLINE® Reloaded on Dialog MEDLINE (Files 155/154) is reloaded every year to include the U.S. National Library of Medicine (NLM) revisions to the Medical Subject Headings (MeSH®) and to introduce new MeSH terms previously not used in MEDLINE. Citations going back to the earliest records for 1966 are updated wherever necessary with the new MeSH headings. The following features were implemented in this year's reload on Dialog. New Enhancements Added are the following new fields, searchable and displayable in all formats:
The new list of Record types (RT=) includes: In Process, Completed, Out of Scope. "Out of Scope" record type has been added to this field to identify those in-process records that do not meet NLM requirements and thus never become completed.
