Support : Publications : Chronolog Archives : June 2002 SourceOne Expands to Include Document Delivery Dialog customers can now order copies of journal articles from SourceOne 6.0. SourceOne has long offered patent document delivery to Dialog customers, which can be billed conveniently to their Dialog accounts. This service is now being expanded to include delivery for all documents. Searchers can utilize the extensive Dialog indexing to perform bibliographic searches, check abstracts to determine documents of interest, and order copies of the original documents, all from their Dialog accounts. Dialog content is well respected in the science and technical fields because of the depth and breadth of relevant content, and precision searching capabilities. However, this data is sometimes licensed to Dialog only in abstract format. With SourceOne 6.0 users can obtain document copies, thus providing information complementary to Dialog online content. Original documents give customers access not only to fulltext but also to graphs, tables, charts, and pictures that can provide additional, high value information. SourceOne 6.0 will be available through any of the Dialog command language products, such as DialogLink, DialogWeb, or DialogClassic Web. Journal articles and references can also be ordered by a new "Order" button in DialogWeb, DialogSelect, and Dialog1. Document copies will be available by mail, express mail, and FAX. Where PDF copies of original documents are offered, customers will have the option to request delivery by e-mail. SourceOne Order Menu:
