U.S. Patents Fulltext Has a New Look

U.S. Patents Fulltext (File 654) has been redesigned and includes new indexes, new MAP and RANK codes, as well as an improved display. Field searching in the Patent Number (PN=) and Cited Reference (CT=) fields has been modified to reflect standard Dialog practice.

With the redesign, all information from 1976 to the present resides in File 654. This file will continue to update weekly, with legal status information updating monthly. Monthly Alerts will be available which will include legal status changes. Information from 1971 to 1975 can still be found in File 652. File 653 is no longer available.
