The Quantum2 team has developed a leadership framework that defines the skills information professionals are seeking in order to take a broader and more influential role in their organizations. The Quantum2 framework is based on ten topical areas, all of which work together to enable a leadership role. The Quantum2 workshops, white papers, tools, and other program components are all tied back to this leadership framework so that members can see how the components relate to each other.
