Quantum² Update

Quantum2, the Dialog development program for information professionals, was successfully launched in Europe by Liz Blankson-Hermans, manager, Information Professional Market Development for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and Betty Jo Hibberd, manager, Information Professional Market, United States. Fifteen seminars were held in five countries, Germany, Sweden, France, Denmark, and the United Kingdom. Sessions have also been given in recent months in the United States in Chicago, IL at the SLA winter meeting, Boston, MA at a NENON meeting, Long Beach, CA at the AIIP/SCOUG meeting, and in Singapore at the World Library Summit.

With enthusiastic comments ranging from "Thought-provoking and relevant to my work and my team" to "This is more than I expected," Dialog is encouraged that this program is reaching the information professional with just the proper mix of management thinking and marketing tools to become a valuable resource for leadership development.
