Three New Scandinavian Trademark Files Now Available on Dialog

Dialog's collection of European trademark files is now expanded to include the entire North European region with the addition of three new trademark files: TRADEMARKSCAN®-Sweden (File 675), TRADEMARKSCAN®-Norway (File 678) and TRADEMARKSCAN®-Finland (File 679). File 675 contains over 225,000 records, File 678 has 141,000, and File 679 includes 100,000 records.

These files, provided by Thomson & Thomson and produced by Compu-Mark, are designed to be similar in structure to the other TRADEMARKSCAN files on Dialog. [View sample record.]

Trademarks may be searched using the words in the mark, the Rotated Trademark field using TR=, and the International Class or National Class fields. Files 675 and 679 are further enhanced with the availability of trademark images and Goods/Services Description information.

Files 675, 678 and 679 can be searched individually and may also be searched using OneSearch® with the EUROTMKS category. These files are also included in the global TMKS or TRADEMKS OneSearch categories.

Files 675,678 and 679 are updated biweekly. Alerts are available on a biweekly basis.

Search Charges: Choose between connect time pricing ($1.08 per minute) or DialUnit pricing ($5.50 per DialUnit). Display/Type/Print Charges: A full record is $2.90 with or without an image. Alert Charges: Biweekly updates are $10.00.
