New Output Options for ProQuest Files

DialogSelect, Dialog1, and Dialog Intranet Toolkit now provide searchers with the option to choose PDF or "Text and Graphic" documents from select records in ProQuest files: ABI/INFORM® (File 15), Accounting & Tax Database (File 485), Banking Information Source (File 268), and Periodical Abstracts PlusText™ (File 484). This release continues Dialog's ongoing effort to provide information in more usable formats. The PDF documents are the exact documents as they exist in their respective publications, and they have been scanned and placed in PDF format. The "Text and Graphic" documents are the fulltext of the particular article, but they have been reformatted to allow linking to tables, graphs, and images, creating a dynamic document similar to most electronic journal formats. The cost for PDF format is $6.40, and "Text and Graphics" records are $7.25. For more information, in Dialog type HELP PROQUEST.
