Technology and Management (TEME) in English Now on Dialog

TEME has, for over 30 years, been the primary source of bibliographic information on worldwide engineering literature for Germany’s industrial research and development community. Previously available only in German, Dialog is the first to offer an English version of TEME as File 95. This database is a valuable addition to technology databases on Dialog.

Content and Coverage. TEME provides information on research and development, innovations, new products and processes, company developments, and at the same time shows which technologies influence each other. With its strong focus on the information needs of German industry, TEME is reflecting both directions, as well as results of innovation in Germany. The following subjects are covered:

• Information technology
• Machinery and plants
• Management and organization
• Materials
• Medical engineering
• Mining
• Textile engineering

The database indexes journals, conference papers, reports, books, dissertations, and compact disks.

Coverage is international, from 1988 to the present with weekly updating.

Search Features. File 95 is designed to be compatible with other Dialog files. Use /DE to search Descriptors, /ID to search Identifiers, e.g., S COMBINATORIAL CIRCUITS/DE; S SIMULATION/ID.
