Full Collection of Reports from Investext^® Now Available in Convenient Format

In today's competitive business environment, smart business decisions depend on the most reliable information. Investext is regarded as the authority on financial data and high quality business research on companies, industries, and markets worldwide.

Now the full collection of Investext reports is available in PDF format through DialogSelect™. This service is available to any Dialog password holder via the World Wide Web. DialogSelect combines ease of use with precision searching.

The Investext reports can be accessed from DialogSelect under the DialogBusiness/Business Research/Investment Research categories. You can also find them under other DialogSelect subject areas, such as DialogPharma and DialogTech.

The introductory screen for DialogSelect is displayed in Figure 1, showing the choices on the left panel where Investext reports can be found.

The Investext reports are also available through the Dialog Intranet Toolkit. The Dialog Intranet Toolkit enables clients to custom-build their own interfaces to access the Dialog content collection.

With the availability of the Investext reports in PDF format, a number of new reports have been added, more than doubling the content of the database. This expanded collection of reports includes charts, graphs, and tables, as well as the complete text, where available.

Searching Investext on DialogClassic

File 745, Investext® PDF Index, is used to provide access to citations and tables of contents of the complete collection of Investext investment research reports from August 1999, to present. It is easy to search in DialogClassic and then go to DialogSelect to retrieve the Investext PDF report.

Once you have located a report in File 745, enter the report number in the Investext Report Number box in DialogSelect, and you will be taken to the PDF links. File 545 provides access to the text version of 40% of the collection of Investext reports, in which each page of the report is fully indexed.

It provides the full text of over two million company, industry, and geographic research reports written by analysts at more than 600 leading investment banks, brokerage houses, and consulting firms worldwide. It also includes in-depth analyses and data on publicly traded companies, sales and earnings forecasts, market share projections, industry trends, and research and development expenditures.
