If you lose your phone or have it stolen, simply call your customer service representative and in a matter of minutes, the email on your phone is wiped clean and Visto Mobile is locked down. The only way to access it again is to log in. If you find your phone, enter your mobile number and password, and your phone will connect with the server, restoring your email and making sure Visto Mobile is up and running again.
