Searching U.S. Trademark Databases (cont'd)
We will now TYPE out the records to see what trademarks Kirkbi intends to use. This might give Ray an idea of what products they plan to market in the United States.
We enter the TYPE command in the command text box like this:
t s2/49/all
Format 49 will show us just the text of the trademarks and whether a design is present.
We can now view the mark in which we are interested in more detail. I'll send the trademark text of the entire list to Ray. I'll also give him the following sample marks in FULL format. I now TYPE:
t s2/full/2
Ray now has a view of trademarks for products and services of Kirkbi in both the United States and Europe.
