Dialog Bluesheets include the following information:

A brief description of the content of the database, including the subjects covered, file data, and origin of the information.
A sample record which illustrates what you can expect to obtain from the database when you perform a search.
The Basic Index which contains field tags, called suffixes, for narrowing a search to specific parts of a Dialog record (e.g., /ti, /de, /lp).
The Additional Indexes which contain two-digit prefixes to restrict searches to specific fields in a record (e.g., jn=, co=, py=).
