Refining Trademark Searches (cont'd)
We will now TYPE out the records to see what trademarks Kirkbi has registered related to toys.
Enter the TYPE command in the command text box like this:
type s5/49/1 from each
Format 49 will show us just the text of the trademarks and whether a design is present.
We can now view the mark in which we are interested in more detail. I'll send the trademark text of the entire list to Ray. I'll also give him the following sample marks in FULL format.
I now TYPE: t s5/full/ in the command text box.
As you can see, Kirkbi is the last reported owner.
