Planning a Search: Summary
We have prepared the groundwork to answer Chris' question about the competition between the video games PlayStation 2 and Xbox.
We have learned how to create a search strategy. We have identified some of the key questions to ask when choosing a database, and we have identified several databases that cover the trade press.
We now understand the use of truncation, proximity connectors, and logical operators. We will need to keep these techniques in mind as we search the Dialog system.
Now it's time to try this search that we just planned using DialogClassic. If you have successfully written search strategies for the questions above, go on to Lesson 3.
