Visto Corporation Announces Distribution Agreement with Sony Electronics
Visto’s Wireless Email Solutions Available for CLIÉ™ Handheld
(Redwood Shores, CALIF., June 17, 2003) – Visto Corporation (www.visto.com), the leading provider of personal and corporate mobile access solutions that are easy to install, administer and use, today announced a distribution agreement with Sony Electronics to make Visto solutions available to corporate users of Sony’s line of CLIÉ™ wireless-enabled handheld devices.
As part of the agreement, Sony will include Visto’s wireless email application for the CLIÉ handheld in the box providing buyers of the device a quick and easy way to connect to their office email. Visto will give Sony customers a 30-day free trial to its MessageXpress service, providing access to Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes and personal (internet) email on the CLIÉ handheld via their wireless services. After the trial period, users will have the option to subscribe to the Visto MessageXpress from $49 to $99 per year. Visto also provides a secure, behind-the firewall Server Edition for corporate email server installations.

Visto worked with Sony to optimize the Visto email solution for the feature rich CLIÉ handheld, including proxy server support, one-handed email control using the Jog Dial™ navigator, and more email information on each screen due to the CLIÉ handheld’s high-resolution color screens.
