Find the Initial Registration of a Monograph?

TOPIC: A copyright is defined as the exclusive legal right to reproduce, publish, and sell the matter and form of a literary, musical, or artistic work. U.S. Copyrights (File 120) provides access to registration details for all active copyright and mask-work registrations or renewals granted by the U.S. Copyright Office from January 1, 1978 to the present. The database is a fast screening tool for checking the ownership and registration status of a particular work, as well as a particular individual's or entity's portfolio of registered works.

The database contains three type of records:
1. monograph records
2. serial records
3. legal document records

In this example you are looking for the initial registration of a monograph entitled Teaching with the Internet. Monograph and serial records contain information on the initial registration and renewal of a work. These documents tend to be quite short—less than 20 lines.
