Find All Copyright Records Registered by a Specific Company During Particular Years?
TOPIC: One way to keep track of the products of your competition is to watch their intellectual property portfolio, in this case their copyrights. You can also review their unpublished copyrights to see what possble products they are thinking about for the future.
U.S. Copyrights (File 120) provides access to registration details for all active copyright and mask-work registrations or renewals granted by the U.S. Copyright Office from January 1, 1978 to the present. The database is a fast screening tool for checking the ownership and registration status of a particular work, as well as a particular individual's or entity's portfolio of registered works.
