Find Companies That Are Working Most in a Specific Area of Technology?

TOPIC: Searching keywords and class codes result in a comprehensive search. In this example, you will find companies that are working in bicycle helmet technology. First, use keywords to identify International Class codes and use the RANK command to determine which class codes are used most often in the set for bicycle helmets. The RANK command can also be used to list the patent assignees from the set to see companies with the highest number of patents in bicycle helmet technology at the top of the list.

Derwent World Patents Index (File 351) has descriptive titles and abstracts when you review the records.
