2. EXPAND using the prefix JN= for journal name and a form of the name that lets you see the beginning of the listing for nanotechnology.

3. SELECT all E numbers that contain a form of the journal title.

4. Use the REPORT S#/JOURNAL to see a tabular display of journal titles, file numbers, type of databases and number of records.

Note: You can also SORT the records in S1 by record count (RC) to have the file with the highest record count appear first on the list in descending order (e.g., SORT S1/ALL/RC,D).

5. Type the item number of the database(s) you want to search, in this example File 2, Inspec for its engineering content.

Notice the different spellings of the journal name even in the same database.

6. Type Yes to save the items in a SearchSave and BEGIN the database(s).
