Community of Scholars (COS) profiles scholars

Companies that want to innovate put a lot of effort into building their networks of experts, both within and outside of their organizations. The smart tool they use is COS Scholar Universe™. Residing on the CSA Illumina platform, this database is the largest available collection of searchable profiles covering active full-time researchers, and it has all the powerful search tools available in Illumina. Global and multidisciplinary in scope, COS provides authoritative information about more than two million scholars and organizations around the world, together with verified affiliation and publication information. It is also a great resource to identify institutions for potential research partnerships and to spot institutions researching technologies that could be commercialized and/or licensed.

The database comprises faculties at four-year universities around the world and their departments. Community of Scholars is a unique tool for finding researchers by specific areas of studies. Take advantage of CSA's free Discovery Guides

Each month the CSA indexers and abstractors highlight a topic of interest in one of four categories: Arts & Humanities, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and Technology. In-house experts in their respective fields, the indexers notice trends in concentration on particular subjects and suggest topics for upcoming Discovery Guides. Once approved, indexers and abstractors research, develop and post Discovery Guides, which are rich in authoritative, accurate content. Each Discovery Guide follows the same format.
