Support : DialogLink How to Add Notes to a Bluesheet In DialogLink 5, researchers can add their own notes and annotations to any Bluesheet. Every time you display the Bluesheet in DialogLink 5, your annotations will also appear. Examples of useful notes include: tips for using the database; favorite search strategies; reminders to check related databases—in fact, any kind of note you want to add. It is also possible to add URLs as “live” hyperlinks to other materials stored on the Internet or on your organization's intranet. Once you have added notes to a Bluesheet, they appear whenever you display the same Bluesheet in DialogLink 5. Your Bluesheet annotations are private and exclusive to your personal copy of DialogLink 5; therefore, they do not appear when displaying Bluesheets outside of DialogLink 5. The following example illustrates annotating the MEDLINE® Bluesheet. Command Summary
Annotations are not combined for the same database: notes added to a Bluesheet appear only when the Bluesheet is displayed; notes added to Rates appear only when the Rates page is displayed. |
