Stephen Anderson

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Anderson brings to Visto more than 19 years of technology management and finance experience in both publicly traded and privately held companies.

Prior to Visto, Steve was the CFO at Trigo Technologies, Inc. where he managed all aspects of finance, accounting and operations. At Trigo, he successfully completed the sale of the company to IBM, resulting in significant return on investment for shareholders.

Prior to Trigo, Steve held CFO positions at Capstan Systems, Inc. and Navis LLC. Prior to Navis, Steve was the Corporate Controller and later General Manager for Metricom, Inc. a publicly traded provider of wide area, wireless communications products and services. Steve began his career in the Business Advisory and Audit practice at Arthur Andersen.

Steve has a BA in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated magna cum laude.
