Martin Kinne

Mr. Kinne is Managing Director Hewlett-Packard GmbH, Vice President Personal Systems Group (PSG).

Prior to his position at Hewlett-Packard GmbH, Martin was Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of the global business Siemens Home and Office Communication Devices. The company is a separate entity to the Siemens business division Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Siemens AG. Their product range includes cordless telephones for fixed networks and Internet telephony (VoIP), broadband products as well as networked voice and data Multimedia solutions for the home and office.

Martin was with Siemens AG for more than 17 years, where he held significant positions in the sales and marketing organizations. In 2002 he became Executive Vice President of Siemens Mobile Networks Europe and was responsible for the sales / profit and loss of the complete infrastructure business for 2nd and 3rd generation mobile networks within Europe. Prior to this, he was the Executive Vice President of Siemens Mobile Phones for Asia Pacific in Hong Kong, during which he was responsible for the sales, marketing, distribution, R&D, production and customer service activities for the region.

Martin graduated in 1988 from legal studies (LLM). Additionally, in 1999 he acquired a Masters Degree of Science in Management (Sloan Fellow) from Stanford University, USA. Martin was born in Aachen, Germany. He is married and has two children.
