King R. Lee III

Mr. Lee is Managing Partner, Resource Capitalist, LLC, an executive management consulting company. He previously served as CEO of Bravanta, Inc., an online incentive and recognition company. He has spent the last ten years doing turnarounds and during that period served as interim CEO/ President of Quarterdeck Corporation (NASDAQ:QDEK), a leading developer of PC helpware software.

King successfully led the restructuring of Quarterdeck's worldwide operations, leading to an increase in the company's market cap from $50 million to over $500 million. He returned again to the company to successfully lead another restructuring and the subsequent sale of the company to Symantec (NASDAQ:SYMC) in 1999. During the same period he also co-founded and served as the CEO of Wynd Communications, a pioneer in wireless email. It was subsequently sold to GoAmerica (NASDAQ:GOAM).

Along with his experience in the computer technology industry, King brings a successful background in the highly competitive consumer market, where he held management positions with General Mills, Inc. (NYSE:GIS) and Lever Brothers, Inc. (NYSE:UL). King currently serves on the boards of GoAmerica, Mobile Automation, Inc. and Q.Know Technologies. Historically, King has served on a number of boards both public and private.
