Haniff Somani

Vice President and Chief Architect

Mr. Somani brings more than 20 years of software development experience to Visto. Haniff is responsible for Visto Mobile™ architecture and design.

Prior to joining Visto, Haniff served as Director of Engineering / Enhanced Services Platforms for Vancouver-based Glenayre R&D, Inc. While at Glenayre, he had overall responsibility for unified messaging and unified communications products whose customers included VoiceStream, Centertel, Verizon Wireless, KPN and Nextel.

Additionally, he served in several other senior technical management positions at Glenayre. Haniff also founded and served as an Executive Vice President of Development for CanAsia Business World where he developed electronic billing systems for medical practitioners.
