Frederic Aries

Senior Vice President and General Manager, EMEA

Mr. Aries joins Visto as senior vice president and general manager for Visto's EMEA operations. Frederic brings to the company over 20 years of strong operations and management expertise, which will be instrumental in driving growth for Visto's EMEA region. Most recently, Frederic was vice president, International for Kabira Technologies where he grew a business that consistently represented 50% of Kabira's revenues worldwide. Prior to that, Frederic was CEO SEUR of Illustra Information Technologies, the first company to market object-relational databases.

Before Illustra, Frederic spent 10 years at SUN Microsystems in a variety of marketing and sales management positions where he regularly exceeded revenue goals and successfully entered new markets.

Frederic holds a Master in Business Administration from ESSCA in France.
