Brian A. Bogosian

Chairman, President and CEO

Mr. Bogosian joined Visto as President and Chief Executive Officer in 2000. He added the role and title of Chairman in 2002. A proven leader and manager, he brings over 18 years of software and telecom experience from leading and global technology companies. He has consistently driven his companies to market leadership and has managed both public and private companies in turnaround and startup modes.

Prior to Visto, Mr. Bogosian was the President and CEO of InteliData Telecommunications, Inc. of Herndon, Virginia. He has also served as President of USTeleCenters, Inc. of Boston, MA and held management positions with AIM Telecom, Bell Atlantic and SNET. He also has served as an aide to Senator Edward M. Kennedy and has served on his finance committee as well as that of former US Representative Joseph P. Kennedy II.

A native of Boston, Massachusetts, Mr. Bogosian earned a BS Degree in Marketing from Suffolk University.
