Visto and Cingular jointly sell and market Visto's corporate wireless email solutions to Cingular's business subscribers for several smartphones, including the Treo 650 and the Siemens SX66.

KPN is the largest telecommunications company in the Netherlands. KPN offers mobile services in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. Through E-Plus in Germany and BASE in Belgium, KPN is the third largest mobile operator in those countries. As of Q3 2003, KPN had more than 14 million mobile customers.

Rogers Wireless Communications Inc. is one of Canada's leading wireless communications service providers with network coverage in Canadian cities from coast-to-coast, offering a complete range of wireless solutions inlcuding Digital PCS, cellular, advanced wireless data services, two-way text messaging and paging to a total of more than 3 million customers across Canada. Rogers Wireless Communications Inc. is approximately 56% owned by Rogers Communications Inc., and 34% owned by AT&T Wireless Services, Inc. with the remainder publicly held. Rogers Wireless offers Enhanced Wireless Desktop their branded version of Visto's wireless desktop email solution.


Established in 1992, SmarTone is a leading provider of mobile communications services in Hong Kong. It is a customer-oriented company and aims to bring its customers closer to the people, the information and the entertainment that is important to them and, through this, to generate greater shareholders' value. SmarTone has approximately 965,000 subscribers as of Q2, 2003. Smartone provides their subscribers with email on the go, their branded version of Visto's wireless desktop email solution.


Telus Mobility is a national wireless telecommunications provider offering digital wireless voice, data and Internet services to business and consumer clients across Canada with two state-of-the-art and distinct digital wireless networks: PCS and Mike. Telus Mobility is the wireless telecommunications arm of Telus Corporation (TSX: T, T.A; NYSE: TU), the second-largest telecom company in Canada and the leader in Western Canada. Telus Mobility has approximately 3 million subscribers in Canada. Telus Mobility provides their subscribers with My Inbox and Office Inbox, their consumer and enteprise targeted branded versions of Visto's wireless desktop email solution.

SFR is the second-ranking mobile phone operator in France with 15,8 million customers and 35.5% of market share on 31th December 2004, including 20% professional and corporate customers. With its excellent knowledge of the corporate world, SFR, through its SFR Entreprises division, has set up its own range of services and organisation based on the notion of service and relying on SFR Entreprises distributors and a dedicated customer department. SFR Entreprises offers a wide range of Mobile data packages and offers meeting corporate mobile phone needs. SFR also offers a range tailored for self-employed professionals. Vodafone Group Plc provides an extensive range of mobile telecommunications services, including voice and data communications, and is the world's largest mobile telecommunications company, with a significant presence in Continental Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States and the Far East. Vodafone offers the Visto-powered push email solution. Vodafone's push email service offers real-time, secure and remote access to email, contacts and calendar. Initially, Vodafone will offer their push email service on the Vodafone 1620, Motorola MPX220, Nokia 6630 and the Sony Ericsson P910i. Additional devices that support push email functionality will be introduced into the range over the forthcoming months. Vodafone Germany, one of Western Europe's largest mobile operators with over 24 million subscribers, offers the Visto-powered Push E-mail service. This service enables a range of users from the private individual to the mobile professional to have instantaneous sending and receiving of emails, continued use of existing email addresses, synchronization of appointments and contacts and complete integration into the existing IT infrastructure.

The Push Email service will be available initially on the Vodafone Personal Assistant III and the P910i Sony Ericsson Smartphone. The service will be available on a version of the Nokia 6630 by the middle of year. Because it supports triband technology (GSM/GPRS 900/1800/1900 MHz), all 3 models can be used in all European Vodafone partner networks and many other foreign networks. Further terminal devices that support the new Vodafone Push E-Mail service will be introduced in spring 2005. Vodafone Greece, formerly Panafon, is a 99.4%-owned subsidiary of the world's leading mobile phone services provider, the Vodafone Group. The telecom service operator had a base of 3.7 million customers at the end of June 2004, which represents 34% of all Hellenic mobile telephony subscribers. Vodafone Italy, one of Europe's largest mobile operators with more than 22 million subscribers, uses Visto MobileT with ConstantSyncT technology to power its Real Time E-mail from Vodafone service offering. The core elements of Visto-powered Vodafone Real Time E-Mail are a push email service and the terminal devices to which the incoming e-mails are automatically transmitted. All incoming e-mails can not only be read, but also processed and sent. Instead of being transmitted immediately to the terminal device, file attachments can be selectively downloaded by the user. Vodafone Push E-Mail supports the synchronization of existing POP3 e-mail accounts, as well as Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes e-mail accounts. Vodafone Real Mail consists of a push email service available on a range of selected mobile phones. The user can read mails, reply, forward, or create new mails directly from the handset, with attachments being individually downloaded, only as requested. Vodafone Real Mail supports existing POP3, as well as Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes, email accounts.
